Dr. Vismaya is a passionate researcher and educator with a strong commitment to advancing psychological science and fostering student success. She earned her Ph.D. from the Central University of Karnataka, where she conducted multidisciplinary research examining variations in salivary cortisol in relation to forgiveness levels, employing advanced LC–MS technology.
She qualified for the UGC-NET and JRF in 2020 while pursuing her master’s degree, a testament to her academic excellence and dedication. Dr. Vismaya has published in reputed journal, including BMC Psychology (Springer Nature), and actively engages in high-quality scholarship with an impact on both theory and practice.
Her expertise spans conducting systematic literature reviews, designing and executing experimental studies, and mentoring students, particularly those preparing for competitive examinations such as the UGC-NET and JRF. She has presented her research at five international conferences, showcasing her ability to contribute to and engage with the global academic community.

She is particularly focused on forgiveness studies and exploring how psychological constructs influence hormonal variations, with a special emphasis on cortisol dynamics. Her work integrates experimental and analytical approaches, including systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses, to generate robust, evidence-based insights that advance both theory and applied practice.
